PARK RULES
We would like for your family to have the best stay possible. Please observe the following rules to make this possible for you and your neighbors.
1. QUIET TIME 11PM-9AM
Please do not use loud equipment, lawn mowers, leaf blowers, power washers, etc until 9AM. Loud Music is not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of your neighbors and other campers.
2. CURFEW
Children 15 years of age and younger must be with a adult present by 10PM.
3. BANNED ITEMS
BB Guns, Bow & Arrows, Slingshots, & Fireworks cannot be used anywhere on the property.
4. PETS
You are allowed 2 dogs per lot. No aggressive or violent dogs allowed. Owners are responsible for picking up after your pets. No dogs are allowed on the beach.
5. MOTORIZED VEHICLES
All motorized vehicles including Golf Carts, ATVs, UTVs, must be driven by licensed drivers only. ATVs, UTVs, & Mini Bikes cannot be driven throughout the campground except when exiting and entering the property to the trails.
6. GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Our Park recycles! Please separate aluminum cans, glass, plastic and place in the proper barrels. Household garbage (trash bag) only in dumpster. No chairs, lamps, gas grills, TVs, electronics, or bulky items allowed. Cardboard is to be burned at your site or dropped off at the recycling center as you leave the property on 64th.
7. BEFORE YOU LEAVE
When leaving for home, please do not leave paper, food scraps, diapers, cans etc. in your firepit or garments hanging on your clothesline.
8. BE RESPECTFUL
Be respectful of fellow campers. Do not walk through their private sits or use private docks. Please see management for any concerns.
9. CLEAN & NEAT
Your campsite must be kept clean, neat, raked, & mowed. A mower is available for your use. No junk is allowed. Do not water grass or use pressure washers during morning hours.
10. BOAT & TRAILER STORAGE
All boats & Trailers must be kept in the ball field when not in ue. Your boat/trailer must have a lot tag attached when a item is being stored on our property. You are allowed 1 stored item per lot. Additional items may be stored for $100 annually if space permits.
11. VANDALISM
Any person or guest that intentionally damages property or belongings will be responsible for the cost of repair/replacing the damaged items, and could be subject to termination of lot.
12. GUESTS
All guests must register at the office. Guest Fees are visitors over 1 hour must be paid. See posted rates in office or in contract for details.
13. TENTS, ADDITIONAL TRAILERS
A $10 per day fee applies to anyone over 18 staying in a tent. Guest Trailer lots are available for $25 per night.
14. UNHOSTED USE
Anyone using your lot when you not present is $25 per day. You must notify us before your guests are scheduled to arrive.
15. 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT
5 MPH SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit at all times throughout the park. This pertains to both cars and golf carts. Safety is first & foremost.
16. BEACH & DOCKS
BEACH/SWIMMING AREA & FISHING: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. No swimming after dark. No fishing in the swimming area or floating deck. No fishing from private docks.
