**LOON LAKE**

Loon Lake is a beautifully clear lake that spans 237 acres with a maximum depth of 25 feet. It features excellent fishing spots! The lake offers oodles of panfish, northern, bass, and even some walleye. A modern boat launch resides just down the road from the resort on 64th.

Our Park is strictly seasonal. We don’t have any campsites or tent camping.

Our wooded lots are all unique in shape and size. Our entire park features mature trees and have full electrical and sewer.

Lake Lots **(SOLD OUT)**
Enjoy breathtaking views of Loon Lake. Our lake lots are nestled between mature trees and have both electrical and sewer.

Private Dock Slip
We have docks available for yearly rental. We have slips for both boats and pontoons. Lifts are allowed.

SEASON INFORMATION

Our Season is MAY 1 - SEPTEMBER 30 each year. You are free to enjoy your lot anytime throughout the year without water. There is a $7 daily use fee for any out of season use like deer hunting. Our restroom/showers will be closed after deer season.

UTILITIES

Sewer and Water are included with your seasonal site fees. You will be billed for your electrical usage annually over the 4th of July weekend. *Please note, only toilet paper is to be flushed. No wet wipes or baby wipes please.

STORAGE

You are welcome to store your boat/trailer in our storage area free of charge. Additional costs for more than 1 item. *Please note, no trailers or boats may be stored in your lot.
